PRAYER :- To Relax the condition imposed in the order passed in Crl OP(MD) No.962/2026 dt.21.01.2026 on the file of this Honble High Court and thus render justice.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.(MD)No.962 of 2026 on 21.01.2026. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP.(MD)No. 962 of 2026 on 21.01.2026 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on 10.03.2026, this Court had earlier passed an order directing Mr. Gnanakumar, SSI, E. Pudur Police Station, Trichy District, to furnish his explanation as to why false information was submitted before this Court. Pursuant to the directions of this Court, a report has been filed by the Inspector of Police, Edamalaipatti Pudur Police Station, Trichy District. He further submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is completed.

4. This Court considering the submissions made by both side counsels and accept the report submitted by the Inspector of Police, Edamalaipatti Pudur Police Station, Trichy District. Accordingly, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.962 of 2026 dated on 21.01.2026, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
