ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.128 of 2016 from the file of the second respondent to any other competent authority under the supervision of the first respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.128 of 2016 was registered under Sections 294(b) and 323 IPC. He would further submit that the accused were secured and released on bail and the investigation is going on in a proper direction.
