ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506 (ii) of IPC and seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that there was a wordy quarrel between the petitioners and the defacto complainant and the petitioners said to have attacked the defacto complainant and caused injuries.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. 4.Learned Government Advocate submitted that no case has been registered against the petitioners.

5.Recording the submission made by the Government Advocate that no case has been registered against the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition has been closed. It is needless to point out that when there is no case registered against the petitioners, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police may not be justified in apprehending the petitioners.
