Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 450, 457, 458, 395, 397 and 398 of IPC in Crime No.2 of 2005, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of NBW issued on 15.07.2016, the petitioner apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that NBW is pending against the petitioner for his non appearance in connection with the case in S.C.No.19 of 2008, on the file of learned Sub Judge, Karur.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in order to facilitate this petitioner to appear before the Trial Court, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with the following condition. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Principal Sub Judge, Karur, within a week from the date on which the order copy made ready, and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judge concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appear before the Trial Court on each and every hearing date without fail. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
