Upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.MARAN.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.R.ANANDHA DEVI, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly. She would further submit that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed. This petition is ordered, accordingly.
