[Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.] By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2.It is the case of the petitioner that the Union of India implemented a scheme called 'Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) Scheme'. The intention of the said scheme is to provide subsidy to the tune of Rs.2.67 lakhs to the people, who are below the poverty line for buying a house. However, the respondents 6 to 16 misused the said scheme and swindled the subsidy amount. Pointing out the same, the petitioner made several representations to the official respondents. However, the same have not been considered so far. Therefore, he has filed this Writ Petition.
3.On perusal of the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that the petitioner does not have any evidence to prove the allegation that the respondents 6 to 16 have misused the scheme and swindled the amount. If there is any evidence, he can lodge a criminal complaint against them. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this frivolous Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a criminal case, if necessary. No costs.
