Bill No. 27 of 2021 dated 02.09.2021 in connection with Petitioners property in the light of the Petitioner representations to the 3rd and 4th respondents dated 22.08.2025 within stipulated time fixed by this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders deemed fit in circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking to cancel the illegal registration of the document dated 14.07.2025 bearing Doc.No.3039 of 2025 and 3040 of 2025, based on his representation dated 22.08.2025.

2. Heard Mr.P.Jeyasankar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.F.Deepak, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4.

From the very prayer itself, it can be seen that the petitioner seeks to invoke a provision that has already been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench Judgement in the case of M.Kathirvel vs. Inspector General of Registration, (2024 (4) CTC 769). Therefore, the prayer as such sought for cannot be countenanced

4. As a matter of fact, it is claimed that in the village taking advantage of the common name "Perumal," the title is being divested. In the given factual circumstances, it would be appropriate for the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court and seek annulment of the document. Upon such a suit being filed, the jurisdictional Civil Court shall dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.

5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
