It is an application seeking a direction to investigate the case by any other investigatinf officer and direct the second respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 21.07.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. 4.In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
