ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 09.04.2014 not to effect service connection to the third respondent, as the proposed service connection for agriculture land is not in the survey number owned by the third respondent.

2. The third respondent has given an application even way back in the year 1996 as if he is the owner of the land in Survey No.618/1. He has also produced patta and all other title deeds for verification. The petitioner's land is only in Survey No.618/3. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Therefore, the petitioner cannot have any grudge for the grant of the service connection in Survey No.618/1. However, it is for the authority to decide the matter. If the authorities are satisfied with the ownership of the third respondent, they are at liberty to give electricity connection and the objection of the petitioner cannot be considered.

3. With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
