C No. 25/2014 on the file of the Learned Chief Judical Magistrate Karur as per the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 03.06.2019 made in CRL.MP(MD)No.4371 of 2019 in CRL OP(MD)No.6582 of 2012 pending disposal of the above Criminal Original Petition.

To set aside the order dated 22.02.2019 made in Crl.RC(MD) No.12 of 2017 on the file of the Additional Sessions Court, Karur confirming the order dated 18.11.2016 made in M.C.No.25 of 2014 on the file of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karur. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.HARIHARAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.C.MAYIL VAHANA RAJENDRAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to grant permission to withdraw the amount for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- which was deposited by the respondent in the credit of M.C.No.25/2014 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karur, as per the order of this Court dated 03.06.2019 in Crl.M.P(MD) No.4371 of 2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.3383 of 2021 2.The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in permitting the petitioner to withdraw the said amount, since it is a maintenance amount.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- which is lying in the credit of M.C.No.25/2014 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karur, by filing necessary application before the concerned Court.
