ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 366(A) of IPC, in Crime No.180 of 2014, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The Case of the prosecution is that the accused person kidnapped the defacto complainant's daughter.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's name has not found place in the FIR and subsequently, the respondent police lodged a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ilayankudi, including the petitioner as one of the accused.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that charge sheet was filed in this case before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ilayankudi..
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with the following condition. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ilayankudi, within a period of 10 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
days from the date on which the order copy made ready, and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court daily at 10 a.m. until further orders.
