O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.416 of 2015 from the file of second Respondent and entrust the same to any other Officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police for investigation of the case and file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that in this case, enquiry was conducted by the police and the matter was closed. He further submitted that since the petitioner refused to receive the closure report, the same was affixed on the door of the petitioner to prove the said fact, a certificate from the Village Administrative Officer, Thoothukudi Part-II, Thoothukudi, is also produced into Court.

3. Since in this case, enquiry was conducted and the matter was closed, there is no need to pass orders in this petition filed by the petitioner.

4. Hence, recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
