ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent herein not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry into false complaints.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondent Police frequently called the petitioners to the Police Station and harassed them under the guise of enquiry into a false complaint.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry was conducted and closed. He would further submit that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner.

5.In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, there is no scope for harassment. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
