ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to STC No.17 of 2016 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Pattukkottai and to quash the said proceedings as against the petitioner herein.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.Mr.S.Deenadhayalan, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after retiring from the Government service, the petitioner is now practising at Karaikal and he is not able to appear on all hearings before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Pattukkottai and he is ready to appear when his presence is required. 4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, while dismissing the quash petition, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Pattukkottai, to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court when his presence is required. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
