O R D E R

Writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or Order or direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the

respondents 1 to 3 to forbear the respondents 4 and 5 from conducting Annual General Body Meeting to be held on 19.05.2018, for the Madurai Ramanathapuram Film Distributor Association Reg.No.102/1978 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.05.2018 and to pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice." 2.Mr.N.Ananthapadmanabhan, learned Counsel for petitioner is before this Court.

3.Mr.S.Dayalan, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice for respondent No.3. 4.Notwithstanding the prayer, at the hearing, learned Counsel for writ petitioner submits that he would abridge the prayer and he would be satisfied if the petitioner's representation dated 08.05.2018, which has been given to respondents 1 to 3, is disposed of, within a time frame.

5.To be noted, the aforesaid representation dated 08.05.2018, given by the writ petitioner to the respondents 1 to 3 is at Page 50 of the typed set of papers.

6.Both the learned Counsel agree that addressee No.3, who is Respondent No.3 before me, shall dispose of the petitioner's representation.

7.There shall be a direction to the third respondent to dispose of the above said representation dated 08.05.2018, in a manner known to law within a fortnight, from today, ie., on or before 30.05.2018.

8.Learned Government Advocate for respondents undertakes to intimate contents of this order to the respondents without waiting for a copy of this order.
