No.2033 of 2021 in and by its order dated 10.2.2021. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.SIVASUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.R.ANANDHADEVI, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.2033 of 2021 dated 10.02.2021, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that both the petitioners and the defacto complainant are relatives and the entire issue has been compromised between the parties, hence they are unable to arrange sureties and could not appear before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners this petition is allowed and the time for producing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
