For Respondent : Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime.No.960 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.
2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 392 of I.P.C., in Crime No.960 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) opposed the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner by pointing out that the petitioner is also facing an offence under Section 395 of I.P.C., in Crime No.313 of 2020.

4. Considering the bad antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed by giving liberty to the petitioner to renew this anticipatory bail petition, if it turns out that the instruction given by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) is incorrect.
