This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and their family members by interfering the Civil dispute except according to due process of law. 2.There is no representation for the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent for the allegation of job racketing, they called the petitioner for enquiry and the same is pending. Apart from that the 2nd respondent has not harassed the petitioner. They will complete the enquiry within a period of one week.
3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to dispose of the petition by recording the submission of the 2nd respondent and direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the enquiry based on the complaint of the 3rd respondent within a period of one week from the date of this order, in accordance with law. 2/4
4.With the above observations and direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
