ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 353, 332, 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.283 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The Case of the prosecution is that when the petitioner and others came for treatment, a wordy quarrel started, in respect of treatment given to the petitioner and others. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and his name has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that no one injured in the incident and the petitioner in a drunken mood quarrelled with others.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that no one is injured in the incident, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with the following condition. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned II Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District, within a period of 10 days from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

date on which the order copy made ready, and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall stay at Pappamadam and report before the Inspector of Police, Pappamadam Police Station, daily at 10 a.m. until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
