ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus, seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 08.10.2018, requesting for issuance of Death Certificate for his father R.Nallakannu, who died on 19.05.2002, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.According to the petitioner due to family circumstances, even though the petitioner's father died on 19.05.2002 itself, he did not apply for Death Certificate, immediately after his death. Therefore, he has given a representation only on 08.10.2018, requesting the 2nd respondent to issue a Death Certificate for his late father Nallakannu. Since his representation has not been considered till date, he has filed this writ petition.

3.Heard Mr.S.Raja Mohamed, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation seeking for issuance of Death Certificate for his later father Nallakannu, who died on 19.05.2002 is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner, including granting him the right of personal hearing.
5.Along with this writ petition, the petitioner has filed documents which includes a communication sent by the second respondent to third respondent forwarding the representation of the petitioner.
6.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the third respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 08.10.2018, seeking for issuance of a Death Certificate for his father Nallakannu, who died on 19.05.2002 and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner including granting him the right of personal hearing, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7.With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
