ORDER
The present petition has been filed by A1 to A3 seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.406 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act.
2.Perusal of the FIR reveals that the petitioners have been implicated for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent Police brought to the notice of this Court that the first respondent Police conducted an enquiry in Crime No.406 of 2024 and after completing the enquiry, a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai on 17.11.2025 to that effect that the same has been referred as Mistake of Fact. He further submitted that RCS notice has been served upon the second respondent.

4.In view of the above said facts, no further orders are called for. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
