This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime.No. 1011 of 2021 pending before the respondent police before the appropriate court in accordance with law within a time stipulated by this Honourable court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered FIR in Crime No.1011 of 20211, thereafter completed investigation and filed final report as 'Mistake of Fact ' on 11.12.2021 itself before the concerned Court.
