O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.] The petitioner, who is a third party to the writ petition, has filed the present petition seeking leave of this Court to prefer a Writ Appeal against the order of the writ Court dated 25.11.2025 made in W.P(MD)No.33614 of 2025.
2.According to the petitioner, the sixth respondent herein, namely Aircel Limited, is no longer in existence, as the said company has become defunct, and the petitioner company is the lawful successor-in-interest. However, the petitioner has not been arrayed as a party in the writ petition, and the order came to be passed in its absence, permitting the writ petitioner to dismantle the petition-mentioned cellphone tower and appropriate the sale proceeds towards his dues from the sixth respondent herein.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 2 to 5. 4.Considering the fact that the petitioner is the lawful successor-in-interest and has acquired the assets, we are of the view that leave deserves to be granted.
