ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.165 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The Case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioners attacked the defacto complainant with aruval and caused head injury.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have not not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and their names have been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners are arrayed as A1 & A2 and the injured has been discharged from the hospital.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the injured has been discharged from the hospital, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with the following condition. Accordingly, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai, within a period of 10 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the first petitioner/A1 shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10 a.m. until further orders and the second petitioners/A2 shall appear before the Trial Court once in a week i.e. on every Monday at 10 a.m. until further orders.
