ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner, who was arrested on 30.03.2018 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 7 and 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, in Crime No.17 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the victim girl and the petitioner had love affair and the victim girl was found missed. He would further submit that the petitioner is innocent and a false case has been foisted against him. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the victim girl, who is aged about 15 years, has been secured. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the period of incarceration of the petitioner and also taking into account the victim has been secured, I am of the view that the petitioner could be enlarged on bail. Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
