ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner without due process of law based on the complaint given by his wife.

2.This petitioner the husband of the third respondent filed this petition that at the instance of the third respondent, the second respondent Police is harassing him and his aged mother. 3.According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner the marriage between the petitioner and third respondent was solemnized on 19.10.2018 and the third respondent has voluntarily deserted the matrimonial home and residing in her parents' house. She is coercing the petitioner to leave the aged mother and to set up a nuclear family. In order to achieve her object, she lodged a complaint before the second respondent police and the second respondent police under the guise of enquiry is harassing the petitioner.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submits that on the complaint of the third respondent wife of the petitioner, they have summoned the petitioner for enquiry in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD)No.6092 of 2020 C.S.R.No.291 of 2020. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor the enquiry was closed.

5.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petition enquiry has been closed, no further order is required to be passed in this case. 6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
