O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to deploy the surplus Physical Director Grade-II along with the post from Arulmigu Senthilandavar Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Tiruchendur, to some other needy schools, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2022 within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. A counter affidavit has been filed by the third respondent denying the contentions of the petitioner as raised in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition.

3. However, it is an admitted fact that the representation given by the petitioner to the respondents prior to the filing of this writ petition seeking for the relief as sought for in this writ petition was not considered by the respondents.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation, as it is for the respondents to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law.

6. Accordingly, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2022 seeking the relief as sought for in this writ petition and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
