This petition has been filed to direct the respondent No.2 to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.11.2015 and proceed with the same as per law within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint by post and petition enquiry is pending.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ with liberty to the petitioner to go in person before the second respondent and lodge a fresh complaint containing the same contents as

found in the complaint, dated 18.11.2015 and on receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.
