O R D E R

The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to take appropriate steps against the 6th respondent for excommunication of the petitioners family members based on the representation dated 21.12.2022.

2. Mr. B.Nambiselvan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. On the basis of the issue that arose between the parties, a Peace committee Meeting was arranged, in which, A and B parties (i.e) rival parties appeared and the A party is stated to be this petitioner. In the above said meeting, a resolution was adopted, by which, both side parties 2/4

agreed to conduct the festival in a peaceful manner and they should not indulge in any such kind of activities, excommunicating anyone in the village, in which this petitioner also signed. Now without disclosing the above said Peace Committee Meeting's resolution, this Writ Petition has been filed on 16.03.2023. This will amount to abuse of process of the Court. If the petitioner is not agreeing to the above said resolution of the Peace Committee Meeting, he can workout his remedy only through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
