4.In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
