ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to break open the lock of the temple, illegally locked by the respondents 5 to 8 and to fix the new lock and provide separate keys to the petitioners and another Possari of Kanniyanatham Ramasamy Ambala Vagaiara.

2. In the light of the fact that the subject matter of this writ petition is already pending in O.S.No.14 of 2023 before the second respondent / Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, Thanjavur District, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition. The second respondent herein is directed to dispose of the O.S.No.14 of 2023 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
