ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 12.09.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 307 IPC in Cr.No.505 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that accused abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and pulled down and he fell into a well and sustained injuries.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the defacto complainant.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the injured has been discharged from hospital and the petitioner has no previous case.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi, and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
