O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking for transfer of C.C.No.12 of 2013 from the Special Court for Land Grabbing, Tirunelveli to the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Tirunelveli.

2.It is seen from the records that there are totally five accused in this case and this Criminal Original Petition is filed by the fifth accused without impleading the other accused. This Court is of the opinion that the other accused are necessary parties and hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
