ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(I) of IPC, in Crime No.95 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The Case of the prosecution is that while the petitioner was travelling in a car, some dispute arose between the petitioner and one lorry driver, in front of the defacto complainant's office and the petitioner abused the defacto complainant in filthy language.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already granted anticipatory bail by this Court along with other accused and the petitioner failed to comply with the condition of the earlier order.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is arrayed as A3 and this Court earlier granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with the following condition. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli, within a period of 10 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall stay at Tirunelveli and report before the Inspector of Police, Tirunelveli Town Police Station daily at 10 a.m. until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
