The prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to approve the petitioner's appointment as Post Graduate Assistant in English at the third respondent School, with effect from 01.12.2012 and to release the grant and to pay the salary from that date by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2014.

2. Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 06.01.2014 to the second respondent seeking approval of her appointment from 01.12.2012 and to pay the salary from that date. Since no action was taken, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for the above said relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Taking note of the fact that the representation made by the Petitioner in this regard is pending consideration with the second respondent, a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 06.01.2014, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
