ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. In view of the consensus arrived at between the parties, I have been spared the trouble of adjudicating the issue. The petitioner undertakes to give a letter to the Management withdrawing his consent given vide letter dated 21.07.2022 to work as Associate Professor.

3. The college committee shall be convened immediately and issue order permitting the petitioner to function as principal of National College (Autonomous) forthwith and without delay. In other words, the petitioner shall be permitted to function as principal of National College (Autonomous), Trichy from 24.04.2023 to 30.04.2023.

4. With this direction to the respondent / college management, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.
