ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 143 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent police completed investigation and also filed final report before the concerned Court on 24.09.2021 itself , however it was returned for certain compliance. Again it was represented and it is pending for taking cognizance.

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have applied for certified copy of charge sheet before the concerned Court, however it was returned for the reason that the charge sheet not yet filed.

4. In view of the submission made, this petition stands dismissed as infructuous.

Hence this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli is directed to take cognizance on the final report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
