JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN ,J ) This appeal arises out of an order of the learned Judge directing 50% of the services rendered by the first respondent as Part Time Panchayat Clerk to be counted for the purpose of grant of pensionary benefits.

2.Heard Mr.A.K.Baskarapandian, learned Special Government Pleader for the appellants. Mr.P.Ganapathisubramanian, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent. 3.The issue is covered by the judgment of another Division Bench of this Court in W.A.(MD)No.1028 of 2015, dated 30.09.2015. Therefore, following the same, the writ appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.2 of 2015 is closed.
