ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner, who was arrested on 27.04.2018 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 174 Cr.P.C altered into Section 304 (2) IPC, in Crime No.93 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

3.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant's son had fallen from a tree and died while trying to pack up the serial lights, hung up by the petitioner.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is no previous case is pending against the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ taking note of the period of incarceration of the petitioner and

also considering the fact that the petitioner has no previous case, I am of the view that the petitioner could be enlarged on bail. Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Oddanchathiram, Dindigul and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 16/05/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
