The learned counsel appearing for the submits that since the petitioner suffered from chronic jaundice, he was unable to arrange sureties.

2. The reasons stated in the petition are satisfactory. In view of the medical reasons, 1/3

this Court does incline to allow the petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and time is extended till 09.04.2025 to comply the conditions imposed in the pre-arrest bail order dated 18.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22309 of 2024.
