ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners, who surrendered on 03.08.2016, for offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 147, 148, 294(b), 341, 342 and 302 IPC in Cr.No.442 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the accused conspired together and attacked one Manikandan and he sustained injuries and died on 02.08.2016.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that co-accused have already been enlarged on bail.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,Sivakasi,Virudhuangr District and on condition that the petitioners shall report before the concerned Court daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. sd/- 03/10/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
