[Order of the Court was made by R. SUBRAMANIAN, J.] It is now claimed that the land in question is classified as 'Natham'. The whole proceeding has arisen because of the carelessness of the Tahsildar, Tirupuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District in not replying to the contempt notice issued by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The Tahsildar, Tirupuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District, shall send a reply regarding the compliance or

non-compliance of the order of the Division Bench of this Court dated 20.10.2022 by the end of this month. It will be open to the petitioner to workout his rights in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
