O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed complaining willful disobedience of the respondents in implementing the order dated 04.06.2024 in WP(MD)No.11670 of 2024.

2. During the course of hearing, Mr.Vinoth, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the order of the Court is complied with by issuing the proceedings dated 07.10.2024 and the same was served on the petitioner on 10.10.2024 i.e before filing of the contempt petition itself.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they received the proceedings dated 07.10.2024 only on 25.03.3025 after filing of the contempt petition.

4. Having heard the learned counsels and that though there is discrepancy about the service of the proceedings dated 07.10.2024, it appears that the order of the court is complied with by issuing the proceedings dated 07.10.2024 by the respondents.

5. In view of the same, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required.
