Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Prakash, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), who takes notice for the respondent.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit, delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
