ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/ accused no.5 apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in connection with the case registered in Crime No.1270 of 2016 for offences under Section Girl Missing @ 50 Juvenile Justice Act & 406, 420 and 109 IPC, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and she has been falsely implicated in this case. It is also submitted that A1 to A4 were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.10.2016 and then, released on bail by the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai on 31.01.2017. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation of the case is not yet over.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
