Respondents PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandumus to call for the records relating the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1303/A2/2012, dated 07.06.2014 of the third respondent and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional and consequently, direct the third respondent to permit the petitioner to avail the services of V.S.Karthi Advocate, as defence assistance in respect of the departmental enquiry conducted for the charge memo, dated 04.04.2013, in Charge Memo proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1303/A2/2011, on the file of third respondent.
