Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 465, 468, 471, 420 of IPC., in Crime No.88 of 2015, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused in this case have created forged documents for the property belongs to the defacto complainant, as if they have purchased the said property from her husband. Hence, this case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.7 of 2018 on the file of the learned Special Judicial Magistrate, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Land Grabbing Cases, Madurai.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judicial Magistrate, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Land Grabbing Cases, Madurai, or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer, who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Magistrate concerned, daily at 10.30 a.m for two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
