************ Writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to allow the trucks belongs to the petitioner petitioner company for transporting the building raw materials accompanied with valid and legal documents without any disturbance by the respondents on the basis of the representation dated 04.05.2018 and pass such other or further orders that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the interest of justice and thus render justice." 2.Mr.C.Muthusaravanan, learned Counsel for petitioner is before this Court.

3.Mr.M.Dayalan, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice for all the three respondents, who are official respondents. 4.Notwithstanding the prayer, at the hearing, learned Counsel for writ petitioner submits that he would abridge the prayer and he would be satisfied if the petitioner's representation dated 04.05.2018, which has been given to the respondents is disposed of, within a time frame. 5.The representation dated 04.05.2018, given by the writ petitioner to all the three respondents is at Page 6 of the typed set of papers.

6.Both the learned Counsel agree that addressee No.3, who is Respondent No.3 before me, shall dispose of the petitioner's representation.

7.There shall be a direction to the third respondent to dispose of the above said representation dated 04.05.2018, in a manner known to law within a fortnight, from today ie.,16.05.2018. 8.Learned Government Advocate for respondents undertakes to intimate this order to the respondents without waiting for a copy of this order.
