Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents particularly the third respondent to incorporate the petitioner's name in the Revenue records in accordance with law by considering the representation dated 18.02.2021, within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 18.02.2021, wherein the petitioner is seeking for incorporating his name in the revenue records, pertaining to the subject property.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the property in question are joint family properties, which according to the petitioner was wrongfully changed in the name of one Karuppupandi in the revenue records. The petitioner therefore, made a representation to the respondents to conduct an enquiry and to add the name of the petitioner in the revenue records. Since the same was not considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.
3. Heard Mr.S.Sivakumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.P.Mahendran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.8270 of 2021 representation made by the petitioner on 18.02.2021, and deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The third respondent shall issue notice to all the interest parties and give them an opportunity before passing final orders.
5. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the third respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a coy of this order.
6. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
