Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed to the extent that the condition No.7(viii) of the bail order dated 26.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.3645 of 2025 is modified as 'The petitioner shall not enter into Sippiparai Village, Vembakottai Taluk, without prior permission from the Court. The petitioner shall 1/3

stay at Kovilpatti and appear and sign before the Kovilpatti East Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders'.
